Bike to the Game!

Leave the congestion behind and save on parking. Bicycling is a great way to get to the game for the whole family.

It's easy to get to the game by bike. The Burke-Gilman Trail, one of the nation's premier bicycling trails, runs from Ballard to Bothell and goes right past Husky Stadium along the way.

Once you get to the stadium, lock up to one of the many bicycle racks, or skip the lock and use the valet bicycle parking service. Be sure to bike to the game on September 12 and party at the bike tailgate party. Bikers can buy game tickets for $46 (regular rate $55).

Bike Tailgate Party - September 12, 2009

When the Huskies play Idaho, come party with the Cascade Bicycle Club! Cascade is hosting a rockin' tailgate party: BBQ with all the fixin's and fresh smoothies from the "blender bike." Bring the kids and do some bike decorating - there will be a kids' bike parade at 11:45. The party will be front and center south of the stadium - you won't be able to miss it.

Valet Bicycle Parking Now at Home Husky Football Games, Courtesy of Bike Works!

To encourage fans to ride their bikes to the game, Bike Works is now hosting valet bike parking services at home Husky Football games. Valet bike parking is like a coat check for bicycles. Riders who arrive by bike are issued claim tickets in exchange for their bikes, which will be guarded by our staff in a secure corral. We encourage you to beat the traffic and avoid the hassle of finding car parking, by riding your bike to the game! Bike parking will be located near Husky Stadium, on the grassy triangle between Pacific Street, Montlake Boulevard, and Pacific Place.

Valet parking will be available starting one hour before kick-off and ending one hour after the end of the game. The suggested donation for valet bicycle parking is $2.
