Pac-12 Pairings Announced for 2017-18 Season
June 29, 2017 | Men's Basketball
SAN FRANCISCO – The Pac-12 Conference has announced the weekly pairings and site designations for league action during the 2017-18 men's basketball season. The announcement showcases the games being played and the home/away designations each week of the regular season. Specific dates and times for each game will be announced at a later date once television selections are finalized. Every conference game will be shown by either ESPN/2/U, FOX/FS1, CBS or the Pac-12 Network.
Washington will open conference play with three-straight road games for the first time since the 2012-13 season as it heads to Los Angeles to face UCLA and USC the week of Dec. 27-31. It will be the only meeting between them this season as the L.A. schools don't travel to Seattle this year. The Huskies then head to Pullman the week of Jan. 3-7 to face in-state rival Washington State.
The Dawgs host their first home games of the year as California and Stanford come to Seattle the week of Jan. 10-14. Up next is a trip to the mountain schools as Washington faces Colorado and Utah (Jan. 17-21) before returning home to take on Washington State for the second time in the month of January (Jan. 24-28).
UW will stay in the friendly confines of Alaska Airlines Arena the following week hosting Arizona and Arizona State (Jan. 31-Feb. 4) for the only meeting between the two squads this season. Washington then heads to Oregon and Oregon State for the first time since 2015-16 the week of Feb. 7-11 before hosting Colorado and Utah (Feb. 14-18).
In its final road trip of the season, UW heads to the Bay Area for the first time since the 2015-16 season as well to take on California and Stanford (Feb. 21-25) before concluding the regular season at home against Oregon and Oregon State (Feb. 28-March 3).
The 2018 Pac-12 Men's Basketball Tournament once again returns to Las Vegas March 7-10 at the T-Mobile Arena.
