Open Gym Practice Schedule has been REVISED!:
7:00pm-9:00pm
May: 1st, 4th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th Prospective Candidates ONLY and those cleared by the training room will have access to open gym practices. Insurance information, Waiver and Physical must be submitted prior to participation.

1) Proof of insurance, photo copy of insurance card front & back
2) Current physical within 6 months - Form requires signature from physician.
3) Waiver
4) Tryout Application and head-shot photo
