Keith Jackson Discusses '58 UW Crew In Moscow
One of the signature moments in the storied history of the Washington rowing program was the 1958 crew that went to Russia and defeated a powerhouse Soviet crew. As the first team to compete behind the Iron Curtain, the victory was noted for its socio-political implications as well.
