Football Links: Sark Returns To BYU

Game week begins as it usual does at Washington - with the coach's weekly press conference. One of the big topics du jour was the return of Steve Sarkisian to his alma mater BYU, where the Huskies boss was an elite QB.

The correct answer, of course, is that the Huskies first game is a business trip. Sarkisian said in the Seattle Times that he might allow himself a few moments of recollection, but for the most part the Huskies are traveling to Provo, Utah, to get their season off on a high note. It's a game that Times' columnist Jerry Brewer thinks the team should win, which would put the Huskies en route to an 8-4 season.
