RENO, Nev. -- Former Husky Alex Prugh struggled in the first round of the Reno-Tahoe Open on Thursday, shooting a 5-over-par 77 at Montreaux Golf and Country Club. He is tied for 100th out of 124 competitors.
Prugh had eight bogeys during the round. His lone bright spots were an eagle on No. 17 and a birdie on No. 6. He played in the afternoon round when winds picked up.
He will tee off at 8:26 a.m. on Friday morning.
