PONTE VERDA BEACH, Fla. - Alex Prugh just snuck into weekend play for THE PLAYERS Championship on Friday. He double-bogeyed the final hole of his round and ended up at -2 overall, which was the cutline.
Prugh was 1-over-par on the day and enters Saturday's third round 10 strokes off the lead. Lee Westwood is 12-under-par for the tournament at TPC at Sawgrass.
