Prugh Makes Byron Nelson Cut, in 19thIRVING, Texas -- Former Husky golfer Alex Prugh is giving the current group of UW duffers company in the news headlines this week, making the cut for the Byron Nelson Championship and sitting in 19th place after two rounds. Prugh turned in his second-consecutive round in the 60's, carding a 1-under par 69 at TPC Four Seasons Resort Las Colinas on Friday. He is at 4-under-par 136 and six shots behind leaders Cameron Beckman and Blake Adams. The story of the tournament so far has been 16-year-old Jordan Spieth who became the sixth-youngster player to ever make the cut of a PGA Tour event.
