Prugh Finishes 47th At PLAYERS ChampionshipsPONTE VERDA BEACH, Fla. - Alex Prugh shot a 4-over-par 76 in Sunday's final round of The PLAYERS Championship and ended up tied for 47th. Prugh hit a birdie on No. 2 and was 1-under through six holes before five bogeys over the final 12 holes left him at 4-over-par for the round. His 78 left him at an even-par 288 overall for the tournament. He won $25,118 for his four-day effort. The former Husky All-American earned 22 FedEx Cup points and ranks 38th overall in the standings. He has earned $738,186 this season and is 48th on the money list. Tim Clark ended up at 16-under-overall after shooting a day's best 5-under 67.
