Former Husky Ellertson Balancing Motherhood, Pro Soccer

Saint Louis Athletica defender and former Husky All-American Tina Ellerston is ready for a big Mother's Day weekend, but before she can celebrate with her daughters MacKenzie and Mya she has the task of beating the Philadelphia Independence on Saturday night.

Ellertson has established herself as one of the stalwart WPS center backs, not to mention being perhaps the single fastest player in the WPS. In her second year with Athletica Ellertson looks to help guide Athletica back to the top of the table, and take another run at a WPS Championship.
