Troy Kelly Takes Second In Nationwide Tour Event
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Husky alum Troy Kelly capped an excellent weekend at the Nationwide Tour's Chattanooga Classic by shooting a 7-under 65 in the final round. Kelly finished alone in second place, one-stroke behind event winner Chris Baryla.
Kelly entered the final round tied for 13th and was able to jump up all the way to second thanks to a round that saw him convert eight birdie attempts and card only one bogey. He finished 18-under-par (69-67-69-65-270) to earn $65,000, his best result of 2009. Until this weekend, Kelly had only made three previous cuts in 16 events. IMPORTANT LINKSMOST RECENT POSTS
