Washington quarterback Jake Locker continues to receive a solid amount of attention in the fan voting for the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award®. As of this writing, Locker sits in second place with 3,226 total votes, just 38 votes behind Texas senior Colt McCoy. He is 35 votes ahead of Florida's Tim Tebow. Penn State's Daryll Clark is in fourth place, nearly 2,000 votes behind the trio of front-runners.
