Round 1 In The Books At Gold Mountain

The teams have finished round one of the PING/Golfweek Invitational and the host Washington Huskies were second overall out of 15 teams. The Dawgs were +7, 295 overall and five strokes behind round one leader Oklahoma State.

Nick Taylor was the top Husky in fifth place after shooting an even par 72. Darren Wallace was one stroke behind and tied for ninth, shooting a 1-over 73.

Charlie Hughes (pictured hitting at the green on No. 9) and Richard Lee are tied for 16th after each shooting a 3-over 75. Chris Williams was 7-over 79 after round one and tied for 58th.
