Report From Groz w/Gas-A-Thon with Pondexter and Thomas

Quincy Pondexter and Isaiah Thomas were guests of KJR radio for the Groz with Gas-A-Thon on Friday evening. The event is a charity event thrown annually by KJR personalities Mike Gastineau and David Grosby that ran from noon unitl 7 pm.

Pondexter and Thomas arrived and on the stage was Sounders FC head coach Sigi Schmidt. Waiting on deck after Pondexter and Thomas was Sounders FC forward Steve Zakuani.

The Husky duo took the stage and were greeted nicely by the crowd in attendance, which included many Husky fans. They did a great job and did the program proud on the stage showing both humor and humility.

The duo waited around until Quincy's former classmate Spencer Hawes showed up and then headed home. All-in-all a great event that the Huskies are glad to help promote for the official Husky partner, KJR radio.
