Dawgs In the Papers: Friday, Aug. 21
As we near the end of the second week of Husky football fall camp, the dog days have set in. But, the practices go on, as does the coverage in the newspapers.
We'll start with gohuskies.com, where you'll find a story on quarterback Ronnie Fouch, a post-practice report, plus a photo gallery, a video interview with RS-freshman safety Greg Walker and Coach Steve Sarkisian's post-practice talk with the press. There have been several stories written about the Husky secondary this fall. Bob Condotta, the beat writer from the Seattle Times, chimes in with his take on the DBs. As always, he also has a detailed rundown of the day in his blog. In the Tacoma News-Tribune, Todd Milles' story focuses on the Huskies possibly utilizing two tailbacks in their offensive formation. Finally, in the Everett Herald, Scott Johnson writes about UW receiver and return man Jordan Polk in this article. Double day practices once again. If you can't make it out for the morning session (8:45 a.m.), perhaps we'll see you this evening, when they get started at 6:45 p.m. No TrackBacksTrackBack URL: http://cstv.collegesports.com/mt/mt-tb.cgi/243 IMPORTANT LINKSMOST RECENT POSTS
