General Ticket and Account Information

What is the age limit for my child to get in free?
Children two and under are admitted free of charge, provided they sit on your lap and do not interfere with other fans' game experience. Children three years of age and over require a ticket to all Husky sports events.

What are accessibility options for guests with disabilities?
In accordance with federal ADA requirements, easy access and wheelchair seating options are available on both a season and single game basis. Please contact the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200 for specific seating options and availability. 

When do doors/gates open for Husky sports?
Football: 2 hours before kickoff
Basketball: 1 hour before tipoff
Volleyball: 1 hour before first game
Soccer: 1 hour before game
Gymnastics: 1 hour before meet
Softball: 1 hour before first pitch
Baseball: 1 hour before first pitch

I can't find my tickets, what do I do?
Customers who have purchased football season, mini plan or single game tickets through the Husky Ticket Office may call 206-543-2200 to request a reprint of their ticket(s) for $5 per ticket.  Only the primary account holder may request their tickets be reprinted; however, they may leave the tickets at Will Call for anyone to pick up. Online ticket management through UW Account Manager is free and recommended for use to print tickets from home, forward to a friend, or show on your mobile device for game entry. Season ticket holders and mini plan buyers need their Ticket Account Number in order to log in.

The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to decline any ticket replacement or reprint request.

What kinds of payment do you accept?
The Husky Ticket Office accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

May I return tickets purchased from the Husky Ticket Office?
All Husky ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. The University of Washington reserves the right to change game times, dates or locations with no refunds. 

How do I request ticket information for future Husky events?
Sign up for the Husky mailing list below. As a rule of thumb, the next season's ticket information is released and posted once available at GoHuskies.com

What can I do with unused tickets?
If Season Ticket Holders, Mini Plan Holders, or single game buyers that have purchased directly through the Husky Ticket Office cannot make a game, you can log into your UW Account Manager to forward your tickets to a friend free of charge. If season ticket holders wish to donate their tickets, the local Ronald McDonald House is always grateful for your donation:

Account Information Policies 

How do I change the contact information on my account?
Address changes for Season Ticket Holders for any sport may only be done with a written request to the Husky Ticket Office by the primary account holder OR updated online via the Account Holder’s UW Account Manager. Log in HERE and click “edit my profile”. If an address change is requested via email or mail, the request must include:

Account Holder Signature OR sent via the email address on the Account Holder’s account to tickets@uw.edu.

Changes may be mailed, faxed, or hand delivered to the Husky Ticket Office. Address or other account updates may also be sent via email ONLY from the primary account holder to tickets@uw.edu.

Address changes will not be accepted over the phone.

Can I add a name or change the name on my ticket account?
Only spouses may be added onto an existing account at the request of the primary account holder for UW Faculty/Staff discount purposes.  All other name changes are done only in the event of a Priority Transfer. 

How do I transfer my season ticket account?
All account transfers must be submitted in writing and signed by the current season ticket holder or their legal representative supported by such legal documentation as the Husky Ticket Office may reasonably request. The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to refuse any account transfer request.

What are the transfer policies?

Full Priority Transfer
A public season account holder may transfer, without forfeiture of any account priority, all or any portion of their account priority in the account to:
• A spouse, or former spouse in the event of divorce or death
• An individual if the season ticket account is held by a corporation or legal entity 

50% Priority Transfer
A public season account holder may transfer their priority to an immediate family member (defined as a parent, sibling, child, or grandchild) which would result in a forfeiture of 50% of the account priority. A 50% loss in priority will often result in a change of seat location.

Faculty-Staff Transfer
Faculty-Staff accounts fall under the same policy as stated above. If a Faculty-Staff transfer is made to a person who does not qualify as UW Faculty-Staff they must pay the full public reserved season ticket price.

UW Faculty/Staff may also elect to pay for season tickets through payroll deduction if requested by applicable deadlines. Contact the ticket office for details at 206-543-2200. 

What is the Tyee Club?
In 1976, the "Tyee Club" was established to create greater interest and financial support for all of Washington's athletic programs.  The continued support and growth of the Tyee Program is vital to the current and future success of UW student-athletes. Providing meaningful scholarship support and first class facilities to our current and prospective student-athletes are critical to remain competitive on a national level.

The best season tickets are purchased through the Tyee Club and require a per-seat annual contribution to Husky Athletics. Tyee seats are allocated in accordance with the priority point system.

What happens if I cancel my season tickets?

Non-Tyee: If you choose not to renew Non-Tyee season tickets, your account priority, which is earned through consecutive years of season ticket purchase, will be forfeited. If you choose to purchase season tickets in future seasons, your new seats would be assigned based on first year priority status. 

Tyee: If you choose to cancel Tyee season tickets, you will forfeit your consecutive years of season ticket purchase points. If you choose to purchase Tyee season tickets in the future, your previous donations would apply toward calculating your new season ticket priority.

Will Call

As a service to our customers, the Husky Ticket Office offers a Will Call window for guests to pick up tickets purchased within seven (7) days of the event, or to leave tickets for third party pick up.

The Husky Ticket Office is not responsible for any misplaced or unused third party will call tickets.

Valid picture identification is required for any ticket pick up. Will Call tickets will only be released to the name on the Will Call envelope.

When is Will Call Open?
The Husky Ticket Office operates Will Call at the Graves Building (3910 Montlake Blvd) during regular office hours, M - F 8:30 - 5:00. Will Call is transferred to the appropriate venue's ticket office for every event.

The Box Office opens 3.5 hours prior to game time and closes middle of the 3rd Quarter.

UW Student Tickets

Why doesn't my student number work online to purchase student season tickets?
New students are required to activate their account with the Husky Ticket Office. They must contact the Husky Ticket Office before purchasing online.  Returning students can order tickets online by clicking "Log-In" under the students menu on the main ticket homepage at GoHuskies.com/Tickets. Students should then follow the directions on the screen to find their account ID and password.

Students who have graduated, or who are no longer matriculating students at the UW, are no longer eligible to purchase student season tickets. 

How many tickets can students purchase? 
Students can purchase one (1) student-priced ticket per each charged event. This also includes away game purchases if there is a student rate.

Exception:  If the student is married or has a domestic partner, they may then purchase an additional student ticket. Students cannot order the additional ticket online, but instead must contact the Husky Ticket Office.  A copy of the marriage/partner certificate is requested annually before the tickets are released.   

What about other sports besides football and men’s basketball?
UW students may enter complimentary, with their Husky Card, to any regular season game for soccer, volleyball, gymnastics, women's basketball, softball, and baseball.  Post-season, NCAA, and special events are charged events.

How do I receive my student season tickets? 
Football and Men's Basketball Dawg Pack tickets are now "ticketless." Current registration for UW classes and a Husky Card are required to purchase season tickets, as well as to enter all UW events.

Student away game tickets must be purchased at the Husky Ticket Office.

How do I enter the student sections at events? 
Students are required to show or swipe their valid student Husky Cards at the student gate for entry. 

How do I get student single game tickets?
Students who do not have student season tickets may purchase single game student tickets to Husky Football beginning two Mondays in advance of each home game while supplies last. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Husky Ticket Office with a valid Husky Card. Men’s Basketball will have a limited number of tickets available at the arena box office on the day of the game. Each student with a valid Husky card is limited to purchasing one (1) student ticket per person.  Students may not purchase tickets at the student rate for any other student.

Where do I get my Student ID/Husky Card? 
Husky Cards can be picked up at the Husky Card Account & ID Center located on the ground floor of Odegaard Undergraduate Library between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. State or Federally issued identification and student identification number will be required for pick up. Please note that high school ID's will NOT be accepted. More information can be found here.

UW Faculty & Staff Tickets

I am UW Faculty/Staff, do I get a discount?
Eligible UW Faculty/Staff may purchase up to two (2) Football and Basketball season tickets at the Faculty/Staff discount of 20%. If additional season tickets (more than two) are desired, they will be subject to the full public season ticket price. In order to verify your status, the Husky Ticket Office will annually audit those Faculty/Staff receiving the discount.  

Qualifications for the Faculty/Staff discount are:

  • Employed through the UW (Seattle, Bothell, and Tacoma campuses) and working 50% or more of a FTE or
  • Retired through the UW system or
  • Be the surviving spouse of a UW employee or retiree as per the qualifications above

Football Tickets

How do I pay for my season tickets?
Football Season Ticket Holders are sent renewal invoices annually for ticket payment via mail and email to the primary addresses on the account. Tyee and Ticket payment invoices are sent together and are due on the same date determined by the Husky Athletics Department. Tyee and Ticket payments must be made separately if paying by check.

When will you know kickoff times?
Known kickoff times are listed in advance of the season.  All other times can be announced as late as 6-12 days in advance of the game due to television rights as negotiated by the Pac-12 Conference.  Please visit www.gohuskies.com to see all game time updates.

Are ticket totals included in the Tyee payment?
No. Although invoiced together, Tyee payments and ticket payments must be made separately due to university donation requirements. If you choose to pay by check, two separate checks must be written, one for the season ticket cost and one for the Tyee seat-related gift. If you choose to pay by credit card, the credit card will be charged via two separate payments, one for the season ticket cost and one for the Tyee seat-related gift.

I lost my season tickets, what do I do?
If you are a UW Season Ticket Holder, Mini Plan Holder, or have purchased your tickets directly through the Husky Ticket Office, you may log into your online UW Account Manager to reprint or forward your tickets to a friend free of charge. You may also log into your UW Account Manager via your mobile device to pull up your tickets to scan for entry. If a reprint from the Husky Ticket Office is needed, a $5 per-ticket fee will be assessed at the time of reprinting. Only the primary account holder may request that their tickets be reprinted.

The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to decline any ticket replacement/reprint request.

How can I improve my football seats?
Each non-reallocation year, all renewed Season Ticket Holders have the opportunity to improve their seat location via an online upgrade system. Upgrade windows are assigned by priority point ranking and are communicated via letter and email. If a Season Ticket Holder upgrades location or into a higher level Tyee seat-related giving area, payment will be collected immediately. For information on Tyee Club seat improvements, click HERE.

Can I purchase additional football season tickets?
Season ticket holders may purchase additional season tickets during their upgrade window. Additional season tickets are considered a new purchase, and therefore may not be placed with the current season tickets unless the account holder is willing to move to a new location (pending availability). Season Ticket Holders may only add seats for up to eight (8) total seats on the account. If the account holder already has eight (8) seats on the account, they must wait until the end of the upgrade process to add seats above eight (8).

When are football season tickets mailed?
Single game tickets ordered directly through the Husky Ticket Office prior to the season are mailed in mid-August separately from season tickets. Single game ticket orders placed after the season begins are mailed within 3 business days of the order. Orders placed within one week of the game only have delivery options of Will Call or emailed to the email address on file to print-from-home. All single game ticket orders via Ticketmaster.com may be managed via the Ticketmaster App on your smart phone or the delivery options available at the time of purchase.

When will Husky Football single game tickets be mailed?
Single game tickets ordered prior to the season are mailed in mid-August separately from your season tickets. Single game ticket orders placed after the season begins are mailed within 3 business days of the order. Orders placed within one week of the game are only available for pick-up at Will Call.

How do I purchase football away game tickets?
The ONLY way to purchase away game tickets from the University of Washington is to be a Season Ticket Holder, a Mini Plan holder, or a standing member of the Big "W" Club. Tickets can be requested via your online account HERE and clicking “BUY NOW” or by calling the Husky Ticket Office at 206-543-2200. If there is remaining availability, UW Alumni Association members will have access to purchase away game tickets through the UWAA office. To contact the UWAA office click HERE or call 206-543-0540. All Away Game purchases are unallocated at the time of purchased and will be seated via football priority rank.

When will football away game tickets be mailed?
Away game tickets are mailed approximately 16 days prior to each game. Away game tickets also become available at Will Call at the Husky Ticket Office at this same time. 

Basketball Tickets

How do I pay for my season tickets?
Men's Basketball Season Ticket Holders are sent renewal invoices annually for ticket payment via mail and email to the primary addresses on the account. How do I purchase basketball away game tickets? 
A limited number of tickets are made available to visiting teams while the Huskies travel on the road. If you are a Tyee season ticket holder, please contact the Tyee Office at (206) 543-2234 to check availability. Non-Tyee members should contact the host school.

How do I purchase Pac-12 Tournament tickets? 
Pac-12 Tournament tickets are sold as all-session passes through the Husky Ticket Office.  All-session passes are allocated in accordance with the Pac-12 and UW Post-Season Ticket Distribution Policy. Single game/session tickets are sold online through the Pac-12 website or at the venue on the day of event based on availability. 

How do I purchase NCAA Tournament tickets? 
The University of Washington only receives NCAA Tournament tickets to the games in which the Huskies are participating. Ticket information will be sent to season ticket holders in early March, if applicable. NCAA Tournament tickets are allocated in accordance with the NCAA and UW Post-Season Ticket Distribution Policy. 

Baseball Rainout Policy

Fans should look for an announcement on the Baseball page at www.gohuskies.com to check if a game is postponed or cancelled due to weather.

A halted game is one where no winner is declared and the game will continue at a later date.

A cancelled game is one that is not able to be rescheduled.

Halted Games: In the event that the game is not considered an official game (5 innings played or UW leading after the top of the 5th), all tickets to the halted game are good for the continuation of the halted game. If the halted game initiates a double header the following day, the original ticket may only be good for the continuation of the halted game. No refunds will be given.

Cancellations: If a game is cancelled (or rescheduled), ticket holders can exchange original ticket for a ticket to a future 2015 regular season game, subject to availability. Fans may exchange their tickets at the Husky Ballpark ticket office on game day or at the Husky Ticket Office during normal business hours. Ticket holders must have the original ticket to the cancelled game in order to exchange. No refunds will be given. Please note that remaining credit from premium games exchanged for non-premium games will not be refunded.

Softball Rainout Policy

Fans should look for an announcement on the Softball page at www.gohuskies.com to check if a game is postponed or cancelled due to weather.
