SEATTLE - Washington baseball players will spend their summer playing baseball and improving their game in leagues across the nation.
Collegiate summer leagues are already getting started nationwide and, while UW players can't begin to play until final exams end, they'll be headed out soon.
Three Huskies - Tyler Kane, Trevor Mitsui and Robert Pehl - are slated to play in the prestigious Cape Cod League, each with a different team. Mitsui and Pehl each turned in very successful summers in the Cape last summer.
Here's a list of where UW baseball players will be spending their summers. Some Huskies will not play summer ball for a variety of reasons. Of course, this list is subject to change. Click on the player's name to link to his bio here on gohuskies.com and on the team and league names to be taken to that team or league's website, all of which provide links to stats and schedules.
