SEATTLE – The start of the Chris Petersen era at the University of Washington is just around the corner as the Huskies open the 2014 season Aug. 30 in Honolulu vs. Hawai'i.
The first fall camp under the Huskies' first-year head coach opens Monday, Aug. 4, and the Dawgs will host three practices that will be open to the public in the coming weeks.
The first open workout is Saturday, Aug. 9, at 10 a.m. That practice should run for two hours.
On Wednesday, Aug. 13, the Huskies will practice 4:30 p.m. At the conclusion of that session, at about 6:15 p.m., fans will be invited down to the field to meet and take photos with the Husky players.
The final open session of the fall is an open scrimmage Aug. 16 at 3:00 p.m.
There's no admission charge for any of these practices, though regular campus parking rules will still apply.
