Washington: Enters his third season as Washington's punter ... figures to be the first Husky punter to start three consecutive seasons since John Werdel, from 1992-94 ... would be only the seventh punter in UW history to hold down the kicking duties for three straight years ... transferred from St. Olaf ... has brought consistency back to a part of the Husky special teams that was troublesome during the mid-'90s ... a Dean's List member, will be a candidate for Academic All-American honors.

1999: Two-year starting punter for the Huskies...named to the Region VIII Academic All-America Team and voted to the Pac-10 Conference's All-Academic Football team...ranked sixth among Pac-10 punters with a 40.2 average...13 of his 50 punts were downed inside the 20-yard line...tied the UW record with a 73-yard punt at Brigham Young...that proved to be his best day of the season when he averaged 51.2 yards per kick...most punts during a game was seven at California...had one punt blocked during the season...was not credited with another attempt due to a high snap.

1998: Took over punting duties after redshirting the 1997 season ... finished season with a 38.7 average ... best punting performance came vs. Arizona State where he averaged 43.8 yards per punt ... placed 23 of 69 punts inside the 20 ... had 13 kicks without a return and booted six others for touchbacks ... long was a 55-yard boot against Utah State ... had one punt blocked vs. Oregon State ... honorable mention Pac-10 All-Academic Team.

1997: Redshirted the season after transferring ... averaged 36 yards on five punts during the 1998 Spring Game.

St. Olaf College: Named first team All-Conference at Division III school ... also named first team All-Region ... earned consideration as an NCAA Division III All-American ... averaged 42.2 yards per punt in 1996, breaking conference record for highest season average by over two yards ... long was 68 yards ... averaged nearly 50 yards per punt in two consecutive games.
