I chose Washington because: I grew up in Seattle before my family moved to eastern Washington. I have wanted to attend UW ever since I was a little girl.
The best thing about Seattle is: The water!
My best race was: My first race when I was a freshman. It was an intramural race called Class Day, and my boat won. I was so nervous going into it and now looking back, it makes me smile.
After I graduate, I plan to: Attend nursing school and eventually get my Masters in Nursing. I want to become a Nurse Practitioner.
If I could tell my incoming teammates one thing it would be: Enjoy every minute, it passes quickly.
Smith says: "UNITE!"
