Husky Rowing Experience: 2004 (Junior)--Collected a gold medal as a member of UW's national championship varsity four crew ... Rowed in the No. 2 seat for the Husky four that won the IRA Championship race by over two seconds ... Also received a gold medal for a first-place performance witht the varsity four at the Pac-10 Championships ... The four won the Windermere Cup competition.

Personal: Son of Amy and Jeff Pettit ... also has a brother, Justin (20) ... is married.
