I chose Washington because: To be a part of the fastest rowing program in the nation.
The best thing about Seattle is: The constant rain keeps the city nice and clean.
My best race was: Varsity 4, Pac-10s 2005 because we took gold and then flipped the boat.
After I graduate, I plan to: Either go into advertising or attend graduate school.
If I could tell my incoming teammates one thing it would be: Never bring anything less than 100%.

Kraus says: "All the hard work pays off when you're on the medal stand."
