I chose Washington because: It has so much to offer.
The best thing about Seattle is: The location, water and mountains all around.
The best thing about UW is: The great campus.
Favorite class: Zoology 100 and Evolution.
My best race was: Windermere 2002. Not only was it Opening Day, one of the most fun races of the season, we had a powerful race right from the start and won with open water.
After I graduate, I plan to: Go to Dental School or Graduate School.
If I could tell my incoming teammates one thing, it would be: Just have fun with it and enjoy racing for one of the best teams in the country.
Etsell says: "Rowing for Washington is all about pulling hard, having fun and going fast."
