2004-05: Anchored UW's 4x100m relay to 11th at the NCAA Championships, their time of 39.43 UW's second-best ever ... first UW sprint relay to compete at NCAAs since 1983 ... led relay to fifth at Pac-10s in 40.00, and third at Regionals in 39.66 ... ran 10.43 for 100m at the Jamaican National Championships, equaling UW's fifth-best ever ... tied for seventh on UW's 200m list indoors with a 21.80 at the MPSF Championships ... was third in the 60m and sixth in the 200m at MPSFs.

2003-04: Led UW in the short sprints indoors and out ... best of 10.63 seconds at 100m was a Pac-10 qualifier... clocked 21.82 for 200m indoors, then UW's ninth-best ever... placed eighth in the 60m and 200m at the MPSF Championships.

2002-03 (Mt. Hood): Among the nation's best at 100m (10.37) and 200m (21.20).

2001-02 (Mt. Hood): Won NWAACC title at 100m and 200m, and was second at 4x100m ... swept NWAACC Regional titles in all three events.

High School and Personal: Born in Kingston, Jamaica ... parents are Novlette Henderson and Michael Spence ... has three sisters, Judison, Marcia and Taneisha ... ran on Jamaican 4x100m relay that set a world youth record of 40.03 seconds at the 1999 World Youth Championships ... helped relay to second at the 1999 Pan-Am Games, and fifth at the 2000 World Youth Championships ... was seventh in the 100m, in 10.57, at the 1999 World Youth Championships ... as a senior, placed second among Jamaican preps in the 100m with a mark of 10.49 ... was second in the 100m, and third in the 200m, at the 2000 national meet ... also competed for St. Jago in soccer and cricket ... coached at St. Jago by three-time world champion Bert Cameron, of whom he says, "he is the one that inspires me to be the true sprinter I am."
