2012: Made her way back from injury and ran well at the MPSF Championships, but was dealt another injury that made it her only race of the season ... at MPSFs, ran the 5,000-meters, placing fourth in a time of 16:32.76.
2010-11: Returned from injury late in the season to compete twice in the steeplechase ... first race back was a victory at the UW-WSU dual meet, as she ran 10:27.66 ... ran at the Pac-10 Championships in Tucson, placing ninth in the steeple in 10:44.64 ... did not compete indoors ... (Cross Country): Capped off one of the best cross country careers in Washington history by leading UW back to the NCAA Championships, the fourth of her career ... earned All-Pac-10 Second Team honors with a 10th-place finish at the conference meet, her third-straight top-10 finish at Pac-10s ... earned All-West Region honors for the third time with a 20th-place finish, fourth among Huskies, as Washington won the NCAA West Regional for the third year in a row ... was UW's No. 2 finisher at NCAAs in her final race, though she had a tough day, placing just 101st after being in the Top-40 the previous two years ... led Washington at the Pre-National meet, placing 19th overall in 20:44 ... had a late start to her season coming off a summer injury, competing for the first time at the Notre Dame Invite where she placed 25th overall, second among Huskies.
2009-10: Earned All-America honors indoors and outdoors to go with her cross country All-American honor for a clean sweep, despite battling nagging injuries all season ... set a 1,500m PR of 4:21.89 at the Stanford Invite in her outdoor opener, but suffered a hip flexor tear, and did not run again until the Pac-10 Championships ... returned at Pac-10s after a six-week layoff, and still managed to take third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:20.79, which qualified for NCAA prelims ... finished 10th in the steeple at the NCAA Championship West Prelims in Austin, and was the only runner to post a season-best in the heat, as she ran 10:16.32 ... had a season-best time of 10:06.09 in the NCAA semi in Eugene to advance to the final, where she placed eighth to score for the Dawgs and earn All-America honors in 10:10.60 ... during the indoor season, she battled a sore achilles, but came on strong late to make the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 3,000-meters, where she took ninth in 9:14.53 ... won the MPSF Championship at 5,000-meters, breaking the tape in 16:11.82 ... her win was the first MPSF title for a Husky woman in the 5k, and was the second-best indoor 5k in UW history ... made the NCAA Indoor cut with a win at the UW Final Qualifier in the 3k, in a time of 9:08.74 which was well under the Automatic qualifying time of 9:13.00 and just off her PR of 9:08.50 ... (Cross Country): Garnered her second All-America honor in a row, helping the Husky women to third at the NCAA Championships and victories at the Pac-10 and West Regional Championships ... placed 31st at the NCAA Championships, despite battling achilles pain all year that limited training and forced her to sit out Pre-Nationals ... named to the All-Pac-10 First Team once again after placing fourth at the conference meet in 19:49 as the Huskies defended their championship ... was the third overall finisher at West Regionals, second among Huskies, as UW dominated with 25 points ... earned All-West-Region for the second straight year ... also ran third overall at the Notre Dame Invitational, as the Huskies swept the top four spots to earn the team win ... started her season off with a runner-up finish behind teammate Kendra Schaaf at the Sundodger in 20:06.
2008-09: First track season was a memorable one, as she shattered Pac-10 records in the steeplechase and was named the Pac-10 Track Newcomer of the Year, becoming the first Husky ever to win a postseason conference award ... excelled at every distance from 1,500-meters to 5,000-meters, but focused on the steeplechase in the postseason ... placed third at the NCAA Championships in the steeple behind a pair of seniors, and smashed the Pac-10 record in a time of 9:40.98 ... the previous Pac-10 record was 9:46.43 held by former Olympian Lisa Aguilera ... she earned her first track All-America honor for her NCAA run and was the only woman in the field to PR, which she did by 12 seconds ... went on to the USA Championships in the steeple and placed fifth in the finals in a time of 9:48.27 ... claimed UW's first ever Pac-10 title in the steeplechase, running 9:54.13 in just her second collegiate steeple, which broke the Pac-10 meet record held by current UW assistant coach Kelly Strong ... came back the day after her Pac-10 steeple win to place fourth in the 5,000-meters ... also won the steeplechase going away at the West Regional Championships, crossing in 9:52.77 ... ran her first collegiate steeplechase at the UW-WSU dual, winning in 10:07.52 and lowering the school record by nearly 30 seconds, as well as breaking her older sister Collier's meet record ... ran one of the year's Top-10 time in 5,000-meters at the Stanford Invitational, where she clocked 15:50.36, which ranks fourth in school history ... ran third on UW's 4x1,500-meter relay team at the Penn Relays, where the Huskies finished third (17:14.55), going under the previous collegiate record ... qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 3k, where she placed 12th in 9:19.02 ... set the indoor school record for 3,000-meters at the MPSF Championships, where she was second in 9:08.50 ... ran an NCAA Provisional time of 4:46.07 in the mile in her only attempt ... (Cross Country): Breakout sophomore season saw her place second or third among Huskies at every meet as the women won the program's first National Championship ... earned first career All-American honor for 25th-place finish at the NCAA Championships in 20:32, an improvement of 92 spots from 2007 nationals ... the Pac-10 runner-up behind teammate Kendra Schaaf, running what would have been a Springfield Country Club course record time of 19:53 had Schaaf not set the new mark ... named First Team All-Pac-10, and All-West Region following her fourth-place finish at Regionals, second on the team ... Regional finish marked a 28-place improvement in one year ... at Pre-Nationals, placed fifth overall and third among Huskies as the women dominated several top-10 teams ... placed third at the Tiger Invite in Auburn as the Huskies swept the top-three spots ... was the Sundodger runner-up in 20:23 to open the season, running 35 seconds faster than the previous year and serving notice for the season to come.
2007-08: Stellar freshman season, UW's Newcomer of the Year ran No. 3 or No. 4 at every varsity race for the Huskies ... placed 13th at the Pac-10 Championships (3rd UW) in season-best 20:34, earning second team All-Pac-10 and was the third freshman across the line ... finished 117th overall (4th UW) at first NCAA Championships, helping the Huskies to eighth ... also ran fourth on the squad at West Regionals and Pre-Nationals ... burst onto the scene with third-place finish at Sundodger Invite in 20:58, followed by 13th-place run at the Dellinger in 20:48, running No. 3 for the Huskies on both occasions ... redshirted track season.
