2010: Finished his outstanding Husky career with a second-straight trip to the NCAA Championships in the hammer ... had an off-day at Nationals, throwing 204-11, his second-shortest mark of the year, to settle for 18th place ... set a new lifetime-best in his second-to-last meet, the NCAA Championship West Prelims in Austin, where he threw 212-feet, 7-inches to finish fifth and qualify for the NCAA finals ... finished fourth on UW's all-time hammer throw list ... took third at the Pac-10 Championships in the hammer for the third-straight year with a mark of 206-2 ... won the UW-WSU dual meet hammer throw for the third-straight year with a toss of 209-6 ... also took third in the discus against the Cougars, tossing 159-9 ... opened his outdoor season with a seventh-place finish at the Texas Relays, flinging the hammer 208-1 ... was second in both the hammer and discus at the Pepsi Team Invite ... threw 200-7 to win the hammer at the Mondo Invitational ... competed just twice indoors, but finished a career-best second in the weight throw at the MPSF Championships with a mark of 62-0 ¼ ... named to the Pac-10 All-Academic First Team for the first time in his career.

2009: Earned first career All-American honor in the hammer throw, and set PR's in every event ... reached the NCAA Outdoor Championships for the first time, and placed 13th overall with a throw of 210-feet even and was awarded All-American honors for being the eighth-best American finisher ... joined older brother Adam and father Dwight as All-American hammer throwers ... at West Regionals, went into his final attempt in sixth-place, outside of the NCAA auto spots, then threw 210-9 to jump up to fourth and qualify for nationals ... took third in the hammer at the Pac-10 Championships with a mark of 208-4 ... won the hammer at the UW-WSU dual with a new PR of 211-6, the fourth-best mark in school history ... also took second in discus at dual meet ... fourth in the hammer at Mt. SAC Relays, throwing 209-4 ... improved discus PR to 167-5 at Mt. SAC ... indoors, set a new career-best in the weight throw with a mark of 62-6 at the MPSF Championships, placing fifth ... fourth in the weight at UW Invitational and seventh at the Husky Classic.

2008: Washington's top thrower, leading the team in the hammer, weight, and discus ... came up just shy of an NCAA bid, finishing seventh in the hammer throw in the deep West Regional ... finished 29th in the final hammer throw descending order list and was the third-highest ranked sophomore ... placed 3rd in the hammer at the Pac-10 Championships with a new PR of 207-11, the fifth-best mark in UW history ... won both the hammer and discus throw in the UW-WSU dual ... took third in the hammer at the Pepsi Team Invite and seventh at the Mt. SAC Relays ... threw the weight exclusively indoors, placing 6th at the MPSF Championships ... won the UW Last Chance Qualifier with a personal-best weight throw of 60-feet, 3-inches.

2007: Second on the team in the weight throw, competing five times indoors ... best weight throw of 58-5 ¼ came at Husky Classic and ranked seventh in UW indoor Top-10 ... placed seventh in the weight at MPSF Championships ... threw the hammer and discus during outdoor season, qualifying for NCAA Regionals in the hammer with a top throw of 198-9 at the Pac-10 Championships, where he finished seventh ... placed 10th at Regionals with 195-4 throw ... placed second in discus at Auburn Springtime Invite with season-best of 155-5 ... placed second in the hammer throw at the Stanford Invite and UW-WSU dual ... best hammer throw of 198-9 ranks eighth in Husky history.

2006: Redshirted his first season at UW to preserve a year of eligibilty while gaining experience with the heavier collegiate hammer ... tossed the weight unattached on two occasions indoors, with a best of 53-1 1/2 ... also competed unattached outdoors, with bests of 45-6 1/2 in the shot, 142-10 in the discus and 177-7 in the hammer.

High School and Personal: Parents are Lisa and Dwight ... father, Dwight, is a former WSU Cougar and U.S. Olympic Trials competitor in the hammer ... older brother, Adam, was the 2005 Pac-10 hammer champion at USC ... also has two younger sisters, Olivia and Mackenzie ... named to the Track and Field News and USA Today All-America squads in both 2004 and 2005 ... led all U.S. preps in 2005 with a hammer best of 227-9 ... was America's No. 2 prep as a junior ... earned seven-career top-10 finishes at state, including a state hammer title in 2005 ... as a junior, placed second at state in the hammer to national prep leader Nate Rolfe of Inglemoor ... earned runner-up honors at state in the discus in 2004 and 2005, and was the state shot put runner-up as a junior ... placed fourth in the hammer at the 2005 U.S. Junior Nationals ... was 12th in the hammer at the 2003 World Youth Games in Quebec ... won the hammer at the 2005 Golden West Games in Sacramento, and the 2005 Youth Nationals in Eugene ... also excelled academically, earning Capital High School's Business Student of the Year honor as a senior ... interested in a career in public relations.
