1998-99: Placed ninth in the 3,000m (10:23.56) at the Pac-10 track championships ... Competed in only one cross country race, finishing as the No. 7 UW runner at the Pac-10 championships ... Garnered honorable mention All-Pac-10 academic team acclaim in both cross country and track.

1997-98: Competed early in the 1998 track season before an injury prematurely ended her season ... During cross country season, finished second on the team, 16th overall in the NCAA West Regional race ... Finished 21st at the Pac-10 meet ... Placed fourth on the team, 98th overall, helping the Huskies to a 14th-place NCAA team finish ... 1996-97: Reached the NCAA provisional-qualifying standard in the 5,000 meters on March 23 at Stanford, but did not compete at the NCAA championships ... Her time of 16:45.6 established a new Canadian Junior record in the 5,000, was the best on the team in 1997 and ranks No. 7 among all-time Huskies ... Posted the team's best 3,000-meter time with a mark of 9:43.41 ... Placed eighth in the 3,000 meters (9:47.67) at the Pac-10 championships ... Also ran the 5,000-meter race at the Pac-10s, placing 11th (17:04.29) ... In cross country, was the top UW finisher at the Oregon Invitational, placing eighth overall ... The No. 2 Husky finisher at the NCAA regional race with a 17th-place result.

High School: Finished second at British Columbia high school cross country championship meet in 1995 ... Placed first in the 3,000-meters at Provincial Championships and second in the 1,500-meters in 1996.
