A two-time Pac-10 scorer ... narrowly missed first NCAA Championships berth in 2005 ... one of just 12 UW high jumpers ever to clear seven feet ... indoor best of 7-0 1/4 is tied for No. 2 all-time at UW.

2004-05: Matched or bettered previous outdoor best of 6-6 3/4 in all nine outdoor competitions in 2005 ... cleared an outdoor-best of 6-11 to place eighth at the NCAA West Regional, narrowly missing an NCAA Championships berth ... was seventh in the event at the Pac-10 meet ... became just the fifth Husky to clear seven feet indoors with a jump of 7-0 3/4 at the MPSF Championships, good for fourth ... is one of just 12 Huskies to clear seven feet overall ... mark equaled the second-best ever indoors at UW.

2003-04: UW's top high jumper for the second-straight year ... cleared career-best matching 6-6 3/4 to tie for sixth in the high jump at the Pac-10 Championships ... also went 6-6 3/4 at the Pepsi Team Invite ... only competed four times outdoors ... indoors, twice cleared a season-best 6-8 3/4 ... tied for 11th in the high jump at the MPSF Championships.

2002-03: Was UW's top high jumper, indoors and out ... indoor best of 6-9 1/2 was just a half-inch shy of UW's top-10 all-time ... indoor mark bettered the Pac-10 qualifying standard ... won the high jump at the Ken Shannon Invitational with an outdoor season-best of 6-5 1/2.

High School and Personal: Parents are Lynda and Duane ... has two siblings, Ben and Ellyn ... finished fourth or better at state three times, including a third-place finish in 2002 ... won league and district titles in each of his last two seasons ... led Snohomish to a fourth-place state team finish in 2000 ... won the high jump at the 2002 Pasco Invitational, and swept high jump titles at the Larry Eason Invite in 2001 and 2002 ... lettered all four years, and served as captain in 2002 ... interested in a career in sports therapy.
