2009:: Won the school's first ever Pac-10 Championship at 400-meters, and earned his fifth career All-America honor in his final season ... won a total of 10 races as one of the elite intermediate sprinters in the NCAA ... cruised to the Pac-10 title in 45.64 seconds, UW's first ever win in the event and the first in an open sprint event since Ja'Warren Hooker swept the 100m and 200m in 2000 ... also won the West Regional 400-meter dash in 45.94 seconds ... struggled at NCAA Outdoors, placing 15th in the semifinal round ... was in top form during the indoor season, and matched his third-place finish at NCAAs in 2008 with a run of 46.20 despite getting boxed on the rail ... third-place finish earned his fifth All-America award, the second-most ever by a UW sprinter ... lowered his own school record in the 400m indoors with a time of 46.09 to win the MPSF Championships ... began the indoor season with the second-fastest 200m in school history, winning the United Heritage Invite in 20.85 ... ran lead on two victorious 4x100 relays, one at the Stanford Invite in 40.74, and again at the UW-WSU dual in 40.24 ... won the 200m dash vs. WSU in 20.61 ... went from the back of the pack to the lead on his 400m leg in the sprint medley relay at the Penn Relays, with UW eventually taking second in 3:18.81.

2008: Breakout junior season was one of the top stories in collegiate track ... made the semifinals of the 400-meters at the U.S. Olympic Trials ... broke the school-record in the 400m dash both indoors and out, running a best of 44.82 outdoors and 46.34 indoors ... broke 45-seconds in the 400 on three separate occasions ... indoor school record set at the NCAA Indoor Championships where he placed third to earn All-America honors ... set outdoor record in next race, at the Sun Angel Classic; time was also a meet record ... was fourth in 400m at NCAA Outdoor Championships in a time of 44.83 ... ran the lead-off leg of UW's Pac-10 Champion 4x100m relay squad, which won in a time of 39.52, fourth-fastest in school history ... 4x100m relay took second at West Regional and finished 14th overall at NCAA Championships ... ran one of the top 200-meters in the nation in only run at that length, winning the UW-WSU dual in a meet-record time of 20.37 seconds ... finished 2nd in 400m at Pac-10 Championships behind the NCAA runner-up ... won the MPSF Championship in the 400-meters in 46.37 and was second in the 200-meters ... ran indoor 4x400m provisional time of 3:09.74 at Husky Classic, the 6th-fastest in indoor school history ... earned Pac-10 Athlete of the Week honors following school-record run at Sun Angel Classic.

2006: Earned All-American honors both indoors and out for his inclusion on UW's 4x400m relay ... ran the opening 400m relay leg at both NCAA Championship appearances, leading the Huskies to 3rd-place indoors and eighth outdoors ... 4x400m relay clocked an indoor school record of 3:07.03 at NCAA's ... relay also won the West Regional outdoors, and ran a season-best 3:04.22 in the NCAA Outdoor semi that ranks third in school history ... also led the team in the 200-meters both indoors and out, and was second on the team in the 400m indoors and out ... took second in the 200m at MPSF Championships ... top outdoor 200m time of 21.26 ranked ninth in school history and ranks fourth indoors with top 200m time of 21.19 ... ran 47.84 in the 400m at the Husky Classic, which ranks sixth indoors ... part of four different 4x400m relay teams that made the UW top-10 lists.

2005: Led Washington's 4x100m relay to the NCAA Championships for the first time since 1983 ... led relay to 11th at the NCAA Championships, its time of 39.43 the second-fastest in UW history and fastest since 1983 ... was third in the relay at the NCAA West Regional and fifth at Pac-10s ... ran in the 200m prelim at the Pac-10 Championships, placing sixth in his heat in a career-best 21.37 ... indoors, clocked two of UW's fastest-ever sprint marks ... ran second in the 400m at the Last Chance Qualifier, his time of 47.76 UW's sixth-best ever ... indoor 200m best of 21.81, at the Husky Classic, equaled UW's 10th-fastest all-time.
