One of three returning UW javelin competitors to score at the 2004 Pac-10 meet ... boasts consecutive sixth-place Pac-10 finishes ... career-best of 220-6 is just three feet shy of UW's all-time top-10 ... is also a talented musician. 2004-05: Placed 1st in the javelin at the Pepsi Invitational. 2003-04: Placed sixth at the Pac-10 meet for the second-straight year, with a toss of 213-10 ... one of three Huskies to score in the javelin at Pac-10s ... notched career-best toss of 220-6 at the WSU Dual ... placed 15th in the javelin at the NCAA West Regional ... topped the 200-foot mark four times in 2004, after doing so just three times the previous two years combined. 2002-03: Placed sixth at the Pac-10 Championships with a then career-best javelin throw of 205-9 ... mark led all UW spearers in 2003 ... placed 20th in the event at the NCAA West Regional ... won the javelin at the season-opening Ken Shannon Invite with a throw of 204-4 ... also topped 200 feet at the WSU Dual, throwing 205-7. 2001-02: One of UW's three Pac-10 qualifiers in the javelin ... achieved season-best mark of 199-3 in a sixth-place finish at the Oregon Pepsi Invite ... also cleared 190 feet the week prior, with a heave of 198-6 at the Bronco Invitational ... notched eight top-10 finishes in 2002, including a win at the Spring Break Open.

High School and Personal: Born June 20, 1982 ... youngest of three siblings ... led the entire state of Washington in 2001 with a best throw of 208-11 ... placed fourth in the javelin at the 2000 state championships ... earned Pasco Invitational titles in both the javelin and discus in 2001 ... later that year, took fourth in the javelin at the Golden West Games ... served as team captain in 2001 ... was a four-year letterwinner in track and football ... played both tight end and linebacker in high school ... was a first-team All-Greater St. Helens League selection at tight end in 2001, and a second-team pick at linebacker in 2000 ... plays bass guitar in band `Bridge of Sighs.'
