The No. 7 returning hammer thrower in the nation, and the No. 3 Pac-10 returnee ... an All-American in 2006 ... one of just seven UW throwers ever to top 200 feet in the hammer ... the reigning MPSF indoor conference champion in the weight throw ... earned his BA in philosophy in June 2005, and is currently in his second year in UW's School of Law.

2005-06: Became first UW hammer All-American since 1986 with a 12th-place finish at NCAAs ... was fourth at Regionals and third at Pac-10s, equaling his finish at the previous two Pac-10 Championships ... topped 200 feet in all 10 of his collegiate hammer competitions in 2006, a feat he had accomplished just three times prior ... tossed a season-best 212-9 to win the WSU Dual in April ... topped it with a 213-9 toss in Spokane in July 2006, the third-best mark in UW history ... was one of five Huskies to win conference titles in 2006, winning the weight throw at the MPSF indoor meet ... tossed the weight 64-8 3/4 at MPSFs to best the field by more than 18 inches and climb to third in school history ... earned his BA in philosophy in June 2005, and began law school classes in the fall of 2006 ... trained in Europe during the summer of 2005 ... earned numerous academic honors, including first-team Academic All-District and All-Pac-10 honors, and third-team Academic All-America honors. 2004-05: Became just the seventh UW thrower to toss the hammer 200 feet ... did so three times, his best a 206-11 at the Ken Shannon Invite ... also topped 200 at the WSU Dual (204-7) and Pac-10 meet (201-2) ... earned second-straight third-place Pac-10 finish ... won the hammer in three of his six competitions in 2005 ... threw just once, unattached, during the indoor season ... a first-team Academic All-Pac-10 honoree. 2003-04: Ranked sixth in the nation among NCAA freshmen in the hammer ... career-best throw of 199-10 earned third at Pac-10s ... was the first UW hammer thrower to score at the Pac-10 meet since 1996 ... placed 15th in the event at Regionals. 2002-03 (Cal State Northridge): Redshirted the season at Cal State Northridge before transferring ... competing unattached, achieved a best mark in the hammer of 193-5.
