2001-02: Earned a Pac-10 qualifying mark in the 800m ... placed ninth in the event at the conference meet with a time of 1:51.82 ... was also on the UW’s sixth-place 4x400m relay squad at the Pac-10 meet ... peaked late in the year, running two fastest 800m times in season’s final two competitions ... clocked a 1:51.25, his career-best, in a third-place finish at the Ken Foreman Invitational in May ... was extremely flexible on the track, competing in six different events outdoors ... helped UW to an 11th-place finish in he 4x800m, and a 12th-place finish in the Sprint Medley Relay, at the Drake Relays ... notched a pair o victories outdoors, both in the 4x400m relay ... was outstanding indoors, posting an 800m best of 1:51.81 at the UW Quad Classic that was the third-fastest indoors in school history ... finished outside the top-three in the 800m just once in five indoor races ... opened 2002 with a win in the 500m at the University Open.

2000-2001: Competed both indoors and outdoors in first season at Washington ... ran just one outdoor race, placing 18th in the 800m at the Ken Foreman Invitational in 2:00.75 ... was Huskies’ top 800m runner indoors, capturing the event title at the Idaho Scoring meet in a season-best 1:53.41 ... was third in the half-mile at the Air Force Invitational ... placed sixth in lone indoor 400m race, finishing in 51.78 at the Jerry Martin Invitational.

1999-2000 (Bellevue Community College): Transferred from SBCC to Bellevue Community College, but did not compete as BCC does not field a varsity track team.

1998-1999 (Santa Barbara City College): Placed third in the 800m at the WSAC meet.

High School and Personal: Born Feb. 1, 1979 in Indianapolis ... parents are Diane and Jim ... has a brother, Jeff ...was the Bell City champion in the 400m as a junior ... placed fifth in the 400 meters at the 1996 KingCo meet ... lettered in football three times and once in powerlifting ... was voted second-team all-KingCo in football ... also received the Scott Rhoades Most Inspirational Award as a junior ... interested in becoming a psychologist.
