2007 (Sophomore) - Spent most of the season in the Huskies' rotation, starting 13 games before appearing out of the bullpen in each of his final five outings ... no decision in a solid outing to start the year, allowing two runs on three hits over 6.0 innings Feb. 18 at Cal Poly ... suffered the loss in a solid outing Feb. 24 at East Carolina (four runs on seven hits, one walk and six strikeouts over 7.0 innings) ... picked up first win March 9 over Pacific, allowing two runs on six hits with a season-high seven strikeouts in 7.0 innings ... threw the first 7.0 frames in a 7-0 shutout of Cal State Northridge March 16, giving up four hits ... good start, but no decision in an 11-inning UW win, March 23 at Washington State (7.0 innings, five hits, three runs, five strikeouts) ... earned the victory in the UW's 5-4 win over Arizona State, scattering three earned runs on 11 hits over 7.0 innings ... won in May 8 start vs. Portland, giving up just one run on four hits over 6.0 innings, while tying his season-high with seven Ks ... played summer ball for both the Southern California Fire and the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox in the Cape Cod League ... helped Red Sox to the Cape League championship. 2006 (Freshman) - A regular option out of the bullpen as a freshman, pitching in 21 games, all in relief ... got the save in the second game of the season, fanning two in 1.1 innings vs. New Mexico State ... got second save Feb. 18 at CS Northridge, striking out three in two and one-third innings of no-hit relief ... picked up first win March 10 vs. Santa Clara, working three innings of relief in a 14-10 Husky victory ... notched other win April 25 vs. St. Martin's with 1.2 innings of action ... allowed only three earned runs in 10.2 innings over his final 11 appearances of the year ... in five Pac-10 outings, allowed just one hit and no earned runs over 3.2 innings ... played summer ball for Wenatchee (Wash.), the West Coast Collegiate Baseball League champs ... made the WCCBL all-star team and set a league record with 10 saves.
