2010: Redshirted the season due to NCAA rules after transferring to the UW from Indiana State ... played summer ball for the Terre Haute (Ind.) Rex in the Prospect League.

INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY: Played one season at Indiana State, where his father served as head coach prior to the 2010 season ... played in 34 games, starting 21, for the Sycamores ... hit .326 (29-for-89) with 14 runs batted in ... helped team to a 33-21 record and a second-place finish in the Missouri Valley Conference.
