2007: Had strongest cross country season yet, running fifth for the Huskies at five of six varsity meets ... placed fifth for the Huskies at the NCAA Championships in her first trip to nationals ... ran career-best 6K time of 20:56 at the Pac-10 Championships, duplicating her 25th-place finish from 2006 ... ran in 58th-place at Regionals, fifth on the squad ... placed 13th at the Sundodger and 51st at Bill Dellinger, fifth on the team in both outings ... shared the team's Most Inspirational award for the second-straight year ... a Pac-10 All-Academic second team selection for the second-straight year.

2006-07: Ran in UW's top-seven at all five varsity meets ... was the No. 4 UW finisher at Pac-10s, and No. 7 at Regionals ... one of four Huskies in the top-25 at the Pac-10 meet, placing 25th overall ... also placed 25th overall at Sundodger ... was UW's No. 4 finisher at the Dellinger and Pre-National meets ... was awarded the team's Most Improved honor at the annual postseason banquet, and shared Most Inspirational with sophomore Amanda Miller ... earned second-team Academic All-Pac-10 honors ... competed twice indoors and ran a full outdoor track schedule ... placed 16th in the steeplechase and 21st in the 5000m at the Pac-10 Championships ... turned in season-best 3000m time of 10:08.56 at MPSF Championships ... also ran the 1500m and 800m outdoors ... named second-team Academic All-Pac-10.

2005-06: Competed five times in the fall, and was the team's first alternate at Regionals ... placed 56th at Pac-10s in her home state of Arizona ... ran sixth for UW at Pre-Nationals, and was the team's No. 8 finisher at both the Sundodger and Willamette Invites ... was again UW's top steepler ... season-best of 11:04.87 at the Pac-10 meet was the sixth-best ever at UW ... ran 12th in the steeple at Pac-10s, and was 13th in the 5K at the MPSF meet ... earned Academic All-Pac-10 honorable mention in the fall, and earned second-team academic honors for track.

2004-05: The only freshman to travel with the varsity cross country squad in 2004 ... ran eighth for UW at Pac-10s, helping Huskies to third ... was the No. 3 UW finisher in the open race at Pre-Nationals ... placed 23rd in debut at the Sundodger Invite ... also competed at Willamette ... tried all distances from 1500m to 5000m on the track ... season-best steeple mark of 11:10.07 cracked UW's all-time top-10 ... was 25th in the 3000m at MPSFs.

High School and Personal: Parents are Linda and Bob ... has two older brothers, Erik and Jeremy, the latter a four-year letterwinner in track and cross country at Arizona State ... never placed outside the top-15 at state cross country, with a best of fourth in 2003 ... was seventh in 2002, 14th in 2001, and 13th in 2000 ... swept regional cross country titles in 2002 and 2003 ... led Mountain Ridge to a sweep of regional titles all four years, and to four-straight top-seven state cross country finishes ... captured state 3200m title in 2004, and was the state runner-up at 1600m ... a four-year all-state and all-region selection ... named regional runner of the year as a junior and senior, and was twice named to the All-Arizona team ... ran twice at the Foot Locker West Regional meet, and was the 13th-place finisher in the 3200m at the 2004 Arcadia Invite ... is majoring in community and environmental planning, and is interested in pursuing a career in architecture or urban design.
