2008: Played in all 12 games, primarily on special teams, during his redshirt freshman season ... notched a total of three tackles on the season ... notched solo tackles vs. Notre Dame and USC and had an assist at California.

2007: Redshirted his true freshman season at the UW ... named the team's defensive service team player of the week for the Ohio State game.

HIGH SCHOOL & PERSONAL: Helped Wildcats to a 7-4 overall record and a 6-1 mark in Citrus Belt League in 2006, in just his second year of football ... won the CBL title as both a junior and a senior ... in 2006, earned first-team All-CIF Inland Division and first-team All-Citrus Belt League ... notched 44 tackles and two interceptions ... team went 10-1-1 in 2005, falling in the second round of the state playoffs ... teamed with fellow Huskies Andrew Hudson and Chris Polk at REV ... also a standout for the track team ... coached by Kurt Bruich.
