2012 (Cross Country): Helped lead the Huskies to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Championships, running in the top-five in all five of her races, and leading the team on three occasions ... at the NCAA Championships in Louisville, she ran 20:43 over the 6k course to finish 89th overall and third on the team ... led the team at West Regionals in Seattle, finishing 15th overall in 20:05 as the Huskies placed fourth ... earned All-West Region honors for that effort ... the first Husky to finish the 6k course at the Adidas Wisconsin Invite, running 20:12 to finish 29th overall as UW was fourth ... started her season at the Greater Louisville Classic, placing third overall and first among Dawgs in 16:55 for 5k ... toughest race was at Pac-12s, where she was 26th overall and fifth on the team in 21:05.

2011-12: One of the best seasons in school history produced a pair of NCAA Championships, as the sophomore won the national 1,500-meter title outdoors just three months after anchoring the distance medley relay to the NCAA title indoors ... became the first Husky woman to win multiple NCAA titles, let alone two in one year ... won the first individual title for a Husky woman since Amy Lia in 2006 ... back on her home track at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, she thrilled the hometown fans with a victory in the 1,500-meters final, taking the lead around the final turn and holding it over the final hundred meters, winning in a time of 4:13.79 ... the win helped the UW women's team to an eighth-place finish at NCAA Outdoors, the best in school history ... advanced to the final by running 4:22.02 in the first round and 4:17.05 in the quarterfinals in Austin, then running 4:12.65 in the semis in Iowa ... went on to compete in the U.S. Olympic Trials, reaching the semifinals and finishing 14th overall with a PR of 4:11.32, the No. 3 mark in school history and No. 7 mark in Pac-12 history ... capped off a record-smashing indoor season with the NCAA title in the DMR, the first ever indoor title for the UW women's program ... in Boise, Idaho for NCAA Indoors, she followed Chelsea Orr, Jordan Carlson, and Baylee Mires on the relay, running the 1,600m leg and pulling away on the final lap to win by five meters in a time of 11:05.20 ... the Huskies were eighth when she got the stick ... earlier in the indoor season, she ran some of the fastest times in NCAA history, clocking a 3,000m school record of 8:55.31 and then two weeks later running a mile record of 4:28.48 ... her mile time is fourth-fastest in NCAA history, and the 3k time is fifth-fastest by an American collegiate indoors or outdoors ... also anchored the DMR to the MPSF conference title in a meet and Dempsey facility record time of 10:55.01, the fifth-fastest time in NCAA history ... the mile, 3k, and DMR times all led the NCAA and her mile time was fastest in the U.S. in 2012 ... the day after the DMR national title, she had her only tough race of the indoor season, placing ninth in the 3,000-meter final, earning All-America Second Team honors ... was named USTFCCCA West Region Track Athlete of the Year indoors ... earned All-America First Team honors for the DMR and 1,500-meters ... opened her outdoor season with an 800-meter PR of 2:07.33 at the Pepsi Team Invite, placing third ... followed that up with a big PR at 1,500-meters, as she won the Mt. SAC Relays invitational section in 4:11.66 ... that time would end up as the second-fastest mark in the NCAA all season ... earned Pac-12 Track Athlete of the Week honors after the Mt. SAC Relays victory ... was runner-up at the Pac-12 Championships by a split second, running 4:13.80 in the 1,500-meter final ... (Cross Country): Emerged as one of the elite cross country runners in the NCAA, leading the Huskies in every race she entered and powering UW to a second-place team finish at the NCAA Championships with a top-10 finish, after winning the first ever Pac-12 individual championship earlier in the year ... at the inaugural Pac-12 Championships in Arizona, she pulled off an upset victory, racing to the win in 19:32, the second-fastest winning time in meet history, becoming the third conference champ in Washington history ... made a move with 800-meters to go at Pac-12s to break away from Stanford's Kathy Kroeger and Oregon's Jordan Hasay and win by eight seconds ... earned her first USTFCCCA All-America honor for cross country with a seventh-place finish at the NCAA Championships, the fifth Husky ever in the top-10, clocking a time of 19:47 for 6k ... that was a 71 spot improvement over her first nationals run ... ran a controlled effort at NCAA West Regionals, placing fifth in 20:14 to lead the Huskies to a fourth-consecutive West Region victory, earning her second All-West Region honors ... missed the early part of the season with mono, but made an immediate impact on her return, as she led UW to the victory at the Wisconsin Invitational in her season debut, placing seventh overall in the year's largest field in a time of 20:14 ... named to the All-Pac-12 First Team for the second year ... a three-time GoHuskies.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

2010-11: One of the top freshmen in the country, earning All-America Second Team honors indoors in the 3,000-meters and All-America honorable mention outdoors at 1,500-meters ... reached the final site of the NCAA Outdoor Championships, heading back to her hometown of Des Moines, Iowa, and finishing 20th overall in the 1,500-meter semifinals in a time of 4:25.75 ... advanced to Iowa by grabbing the final auto qualifying spot at NCAA West Prelims in Eugene, finishing in 4:23.44 ... started her outdoor season with a second-place finish in the 1,500m at the Pepsi Team Invite, running a season-best 4:18.80 that ranks 10th in school history ... made the Pac-10 final at 1,500m but struggled in the final, placing ninth ... indoors, earned All-America honors with a 10th-place finish in the 3k at NCAAs, running 9:22.59 ... was the top finishing freshman in the 3k at NCAAs ... netted the NCAA Auto mark in the 3k with a win at the UW Final Qualifier, running 9:09.85, the second-best time in school history ... took fifth in the 3k at the MPSF Championships in a time of 9:20.32, after having anchored the DMR to a fourth-place finish in a season-best 11:20.85, a time that ranks fourth in school history ... lone mile run was finished in 4:47.45, as she took sixth at the UW Invitational ... (Cross Country): The Pac-10 Cross Country Newcomer of the Year, becoming the third Husky to win that honor, and was named to the All-Pac-10 First Team ... led Washington at all three postseason meets, including a 78th-place finish at her first NCAA Championship race in which the Huskies finished 16th ... earned top newcomer honors despite not beginning her season until the Pre-National Meet, UW's fourth race of the season ... was 23rd at Pre-Nats in her first official race, second among Huskies, in 20:48 ... followed that up with an outstanding sixth-place effort at the Pac-10 Championships in Seattle, leading UW to a third-place tie with second-ranked Oregon, in a season-best time of 20:13 ... led the Huskies to the NCAA West Region team title two weeks later in Springfield, Ore. as she placed sixth overall once again to earn All-West Region honors ... was the top freshman finisher at both Pac-10s and Regionals ... coming off a stress fracture over the summer, her first race was the Emerald City Open, where she placed third overall competing unattached ... during the indoor track season, returned to cross country for the 2011 U.S. Junior Cross Country Championships, where she placed third overall in San Diego to earn a spot on the Team USA roster for the Junior World Championships ... at the 2011 World Championships in Punta Umbria, Spain, she placed 19th overall as the second finisher for Team USA, helping the junior team to a seventh-place finish ... also named captain of Team USA at the World Championships.
