2010-11: Did not compete during the track season ... (Cross Country): Ran at every meet during his senior season ... a standout in the classroom once again, earning Pac-10 All-Academic First Team honors ... scored for the Huskies at the Sundodger Invitational, Notre Dame Invitational, and Pre-National Meet ... top 8k time was 24:30 at the Sundodger, good for 12th-place ... placed 61st at the Pac-10 Championships in 25:16 ... sixth among Huskies, 73rd overall, at the West Regional Championships, as UW took sixth overall.

2009-10: Moved up to 10,000-meters for the first time, and ran a fantastic 10k debut at the Stanford Invitational, clocking 29:27.88, which was less than a second out of UW's Top-10 list ... qualified for the NCAA Championship West Prelims in the 10,000-meters, running in Austin, and placing 37th overall ... ran a huge lifetime-best 5,000-meters at the Pepsi Team Invitational, taking runner-up honors at Hayward Field in 14:08.29 which would have qualified for NCAAs as well ... was 20th at the Pac-10 Championships in the 5k ... finished his indoor season with a PR in the 3,000-meters at the UW Final Qualifier, crossing in 8:20.62 ... finished 19th in the MPSF Championship 5,000-meters in 14:37.45 ... one of UW's top student-athletes, he was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VIII Second Team, the Pac-10 All-Academic First Team, and was a USTFCCCA All-Academic Team member ... 2008-09: Selected to the Pac-10 All-Academic First Team ... set PRs during the indoor season, starting with a 3k time of 8:14.09 at the UW Invitational ... ran a lifetime-best 5k of 14:20.90 at the MPSF Championships, where he placed 12th ... limited outdoor season included three meets, highlighted by the UW-WSU dual where he was seventh in the 3k in 8:26.01 ... also ran the 5k at Stanford Invite and Mt. SAC ... 2007-08: Was one of UW's top distance runners during the outdoor track season, leading the team at both 3000 and 5000-meters ... ran a 3000m PR of 8:28.28 at the WSU dual for 2nd place ... placed 6th in the 5K at the Pepsi Team Invite ... clocked a 5K personal-best of 14:32.72 at the Oregon Invite ... made first appearance at Pac-10's, finishing 25th in the 5000-meters in 14:58.33 ... indoors ran the 3K on two occasions, with a best of 8:24.74 at the UW Last Chance Qualifier ... ran three times during cross country, beginning with a 74th-place finish at the Sundodger ... ran at the Willamette invite, placing 82nd (4th UW), and the Mike Hodges Invite, taking 43rd-place.

2006-07: Competed just once in cross country, finishing 86th at the Willamette Invitational in a time of 26:10 ... did not compete during track season.
