2009-10: Finished up one of the most decorated careers in Husky track history, setting the school record at 1,500-meters, lowering her own record in the mile run, and adding two more All-America honors ... ran the fastest 1,500-meter time of the year by a collegiate athlete in winning the Mt. SAC Relays title in a school-record time of 4:10.66 ... reached her first NCAA final at 1,500-meters, earning her eighth career All-America honor, though she was disappointed with a 10th place finish as she tied up on the final lap ... in the NCAA semi, ran her second-best time of the season in 4:13.58 ... was the NCAA runner-up in the mile indoors, matching the best finish ever by a Husky woman at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... clocked 4:36.39 in the mile final, earning her fourth career indoor All-America honor, most ever by a Husky woman ... broke her own school record in the mile at the Husky Classic, running 4:34.98 ... ran 4:16.20 in the semis of the 1,500-meters at the U.S.A. 2008-09: Continued to prove herself as one of the country's most versatile distance runners, earning two more All-America honors and defending her Pac-10 1,500-meter title ... became the first Washington woman ever to win consecutive Pac-10 titles, when she outkicked Stanford's Alicia Follmar to win the 1,500-meter title by 0.04 seconds in 4:26.62 ... placed fifth in the 3,000-meter final at the NCAA Indoor Championships, her best individual finish at a national meet, in a PR of 9:15.73 ... anchored UW's distance medley relay at NCAA's, as they placed eighth in a time of 11:06.81, earning All-America honors ... also anchored the DMR at the UW Invitational, as they broke the school record in 11:05.80 ... ran the 800m leg as the DMR won the MPSF title in 11:16.57 and took third in the mile at the same meet ... hit the NCAA Automatic qualifier in the mile down to the hundredth of a second, going 4:38.00 at the UW Last Chance Qualifier ... in the outdoor opener, she broke 16-minutes in the 5,000-meters for the first time, posting a 15:48.72 at the Stanford Invite, the third-fastest time in UW history and seventh fastest all year in the NCAA ... made the finals of the 5k at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, finishing 12th and barely missing her sixth All-America honor ... was the second runner on UW's 4x1,500-meter relay squad that placed third at the historic Penn Relays in 17:14.55, which eclipsed the previous collegiate record ... lowered her 800-meter PR at the UW-WSU dual, winning the event in 2:06.07, No. 3 all-time at UW ... had high-ranked Regional marks at 800m, 1,500m, and 5,000m, choosing to focus on the 5k for nationals ... took second at West Regionals in the 5k in 16:24.52 ... earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention ... 2007-08: Had an exceptional track season, setting numerous school records and running at both NCAA Championships, and capping the season with a 21st-place finish at the U.S. Olympic Trials in the 1500m ... finished sixth in the mile at NCAA Indoors in 4:41.88, earning her first track All-America award ... her first four runs during the indoor season all resulted in school records ... ran the 1600-leg on the DMR which broke the school record at the UW Invitational with a time of 11:19.94, then was broken a second time at the MPSF Championships with a time of 11:12.77 and a second-place finish ... set the school indoor mile record in 4:37.22 in winning the Husky Classic and achieving the NCAA "A" standard ... took second in the 3000-meters at MPSFs in another school record time of 9:25.09 ... outdoors, became UW's first women's Pac-10 Champion since 2004 as she won the 1500-meter title in 4:22.41 ... first Pac-10 women's champ in a running event for the Huskies since Anna Aoki in 2001 ... also placed 6th in the 5K at Pac-10's later that same day ... ran the school's fifth-best 5000m time of 16:01.16 at the Stanford Invite on May 4 ... just six days later, she won the 800-meter run at the Ken Shannon in 2:06.43, the third-fastest in school history ... took second at Regionals in the 1500 behind teammate Michelle Turner in a PR of 4:15.78, which qualified her for the Olympic Trials ... at NCAA Outdoors, finished 7th in her 1500m heat (14th overall) in a time of 4:19.00, just missing the final, after being forced to maneuver around a crash that put her far behind the leaders ... finished her season at the Olympic Trials, running 4:19.00 in the quarters and then 4:22.60 in the semis ... terrific sophomore cross country season was a driving force behind UW's eighth-place NCAA finish ... earned first-career cross country All-American award, placing 19th at NCAA's, a split second ahead of teammate Anita Campbell, marking UW's first ever All-American duo, and first All-Americans since 2001 ... her 19th-place finish was the best by a Husky since 1995 when Tara Carlson finished 8th ... made major improvements at every race compared to freshman season, earning team's Most Improved award and sharing Most Inspirational ... jumped from 79th at 2006 Pac-10's to ninth in 2007 to earn second team All-Pac-10 honors ... named All-West-Region after seventh-place Regional finish, second on the team, up from 82nd-place finish the previous year ... led the team with No. 2 overall finish at Bill Dellinger meet ... placed second at the Sundodger in 20:37 ... a Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.

2006-07: Ran several distances during the track season including mile, 1500m, 3000m, and 5000m ... season-best 1500m time of 4:27.87 came at Pac-10 Championships where she finished eighth ... run at Pac-10's fell just seven hundredths of a second short of the 1500m Regional qualifying time ... ranked second on UW in the indoor 3000m with a time of 9:47.86 ... mile time of 4:52.08 was third best on the squad ... during cross country season, was one of three freshmen or sophomores in UW's top-seven at the NCAA West Regional ... ran sixth for UW at the Regional, in 82nd overall ... also ran with the team at Pac-10s, and was in UW's top-three at the Sundodger, Dellinger and Pre-National meets ... was the No. 2 UW finisher at Pre-Nationals, in 21:36 ... ran season-best 21:27 for 6K in a 17th-place finish at Sundodger.

High School and Personal: Parents are Karen and Kevin ... has two younger sisters, Kelsey and Kirsten ... a Harrier Magazine Cross Country All-American ... a 10-time All-State performer ... won eight conference and nine regional track titles ... named the Northern/Front Range Conference Cross Country Runner of the Year in each of her four prep seasons ... won 23 of the 34 cross country races she entered during her prep career ... placed 20th at the 2005 Footlocker Midwest Regional meet in Wisconsin, and was 22nd at the same event as a sophomore ... won the 3200m at the Kansas Relays in 2004, and was second in the 1600m ... set Fort Collins school records in the 3200m and 3200m relay, and at 5000m in cross country ... won the Elanor Troxell Award in 2006 as Fort Collins' top student-athlete ... graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA ... is planning to take pre-med coursework.
