Pepsi Players Of The Game For Oregon

SEATTLE - After each game, Coach Tyrone Willingham and the Husky football coaching staff will name the Huskies' Pepsi Players of the Game for that week's performance. The winners following the UW's loss to Oregon are quarterback Jake Locker, placekicker Ryan Perkins, fullback Tobias Togi, linebacker Cort Dennison and center Gregory Christine.

Locker, a sophomore from Ferndale, Wash., set a new career high with 257 passing yards and tied his career-best with four passing touchdowns. He also rushed for 78 yads on 13 carries to lead the Husky offense.

Perkins, a junior from Olympia, Wash., connected on his two field goal attempts, including a career-best 42-yarder. He also hit from 21 yards out and made all four of his PAT tries.

Togi, a freshman from Seattle, Dennison, a freshman from Salt Lake City, and Christine, a sophomore from Camarillo, Calif., were honored for their work on the Huskies' special teams, defensive and offensive service teams, respectively.
