SEATTLE - After each game, Coach Tyrone Willingham and the Husky football coaching staff will name the Huskies' Pepsi Players of the Game for that week's performance. The winners following the UW's 34-17 overtime loss to Arizona State are receiver Anthony Russo, defensive tackle Jordan Reffett, kicker Michael Braunstein, receiver D'Andre Goodwin, linebacker Donald Butler and defensive back Jay Angiotti.
Russo, a junior from Lakewood, Wash., caught three passes for 91 yards, including a 49-yard touchdown in the first quarter.
Reffett, a junior from Moses Lake, Wash., in his second start of the year, posted four tackles, including one that held the Bears on a fourth-down conversion attempt.
Braunstein, junior from Gilbert, Ariz., booted a 33-yard field goal and converted all three of his extra points.
Butler, a freshman from Sacramento, Calif., Goodwin, a freshman from Lancaster, Calif., and Angiotti, a freshman from Honolulu, were honored for their work on the Huskies' service teams.
