TEMPE, Ariz. - No. 2/2 Arizona State evened the Pac-12 series with a 7-1 victory on ESPN2 over No. 14/13 Washington on Saturday night.

The loss for the UW ended an eight game-winning streak in league play. Washington (32-11, 10-4) got its lone run in the seventh on a solo home run by sophomore Kylee Lahners (Laguna Hills, Calif.) in the top of the seventh with one out.

Six of the seven ASU (37-5, 8-3) runs were unearned off of Husky pitcher Bryana Walker (La Quinta, Calif.). Walker (13-6) allowed five hits and struck out four in the complete game.

Bailey Wigness scored on an RBI single up the middle by Cheyenne Coyle in the first for the Sun Devils, unearned.

The lone earned run in the game off of Walker was a Lucy Aubrecht solo home run in the bottom of the second.

A dropped fly ball by the Huskies with two outs led to five more ASU runs as a run scored on that play, Amber Freeman and Haley Steele each hit hit two-run home runs.

Dallas Escobedo got the win for ASU in the circle (20-4). She allowed just three hits and struck out seven.
