950 KJR Players Of The Game For UW-Stanford

SEATTLE - After each game, Coach Tyrone Willingham and the Husky football coaching staff will name the Huskies' 950 KJR Players of the Game for that week's performance. The winners following the UW's game last Saturday vs. Stanford are quarterback Ronnie Fouch, linebacker Chris Stevens, linebacker Fred Wiggs, center Mykenna Ikehara and safety Greg Walker.

Fouch, a redshirt freshman from Redlands, Wash., came in for injured starting quarterback Jake Locker late in the second quarter. After leading the UW to a touchdown on that drive, he finished the game having completed 13-of-27 passes for 186 yards and one score.

Stevens, a senior from Mojave, Calif., was honored for his play on the Husky special teams. Stevens was credited with three total tackles in the game, including two solo stops.

Wiggs, a sophomore from Seattle; Ikehara, a freshman from Mililani, Hawai'I; and Walker, a freshman from Bellflower, Calif.; were honored for their play on the Huskies' service teams in practice during the week.
