KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced the Division I All-District teams for 2012-13 and Washington's C.J. Wilcox was named to the District 20 second team.
Wilcox just completed his junior season and averaged a team leading 16.8 points per game. He also led UW with 37 steals and 75 3-point makes, was second with 35 blocks and third on the team with 4.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game. His 75 3-point makes was fourth most in school history.
The second-team All-Pac-12 member scored 570 points, the 11th highest single-season total in UW history. He tallied 20 or more points 14 times during the year, which is tied for seventh-most 20-plus point games in a season.
He will enter his senior season with 1,293 points and ranked 23rd all-time in school history. Wilcox is also No. 2 in school history with 212 3-point makes -- 19 shy of tying the Huskies' record.
