SEATTLE - The Husky men's basketball team dropped three spots in both the Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today Coaches polls released on Monday. Washington (15-5, 7-2) is ranked 20th by the AP and 19th by the coaches.
The Huskies will start the second half of their Pac-10 Conference season on Thursday at Oregon State (8-12, 3-6). The Huskies and Beavers will play at 6:00 p.m. on Ralph Miller Court at Gill Coliseum. Washington has beat their Covallis counterpart eight-straight times.
The game will not be televised, but GoHuskies.com's Gregg Bell will provide blow-by-blow commentary in a live chat from the arena. And as usual, Bob Rondeau and Jason Hamilton will provide radio commentary on the Husky IMG College Sports Network.
After Thursday's game, Washington will head to Eugene and play for the very first time at Matthew Knight Arena, the new 12,541-seat home for the Ducks.
Washington finished the first-half of the Pac-10 season tied with Arizona for the best record. The two teams will meet Feb. 19 at Tucson.
