SEATTLE - A large number of prime seats are available to watch the Washington men's basketball team participate in the eight-team Black Coaches Association Classic that continues Monday, Nov. 14 and Tuesday, Nov. 15 at Bank of America Arena. The tournament was not included in the Huskies' season-ticket package, presenting a rare opportunity for other fans to obtain great seats that are already occupied for other UW basketball games.
All session passes are available for $60 each and include the remaining eight games of the tournament. Single session passes include two games each, and are $10 each for afternoon sessions and $25 each for the evening sessions. Groups of 25-or-more who purchase tickets in advance, can receive up to 50 percent off the regular ticket price.
The Pac-10 Tournament-champion Huskies defeated Morgan State 118-51 in Sunday's first round to advance to a semifinal meeting with Wisconsin-Green Bay, Monday at 6 p.m. The winner moves into Tuesday's championship game to play the victor of the Air Force versus Miami game that is the 8 p.m. nightcap of the second day's competition.
Tuesday's afternoon session features a Northern Arizona and Texas-Arlington matchup at noon followed at 2 p.m. by a clash between UNC Greensboro and Morgan State.
Avoid long lines at the event by purchasing tickets now at BCA Classic Tickets or by calling the Husky Ticket Office at 206-543-2200. The Husky Ticket Office will be open this Friday from 8:30am-5pm.
