Sankey ran for 162 yards on 36 carries with two touchdowns to become the 10 th running back in UW history with 1,000 yards in a season. Seferian-Jenkins caught seven more passes for 99 yards to pass Mark Bruener and become Washington's all-time leader for career receptions by a tight end - as a sophomore. He also debuted as a pass-rush tight end.
Price completed 24 of 33 passes for a season-high 277 yards and two touchdowns passing plus another rushing, striking a defiant, hands-on-hips pose in the end zone after that one.
And the suddenly smokin' Huskies bowled through Utah 34-15 Saturday night on a thumping Senior Night at CenturyLink Field.
Washington (6-4, 4-3 Pac-12) qualified for its third consecutive bowl with its third straight win.
How long ago was that winless season? Eons?
Utah (4-6, 2-5) took an early 8-0 lead - then watch Sankey, Seferian-Jenkins, Price, and a thudding Huskies defense dominate as UW scored 34 of the next 41 points to improve to 8-0 all-time against the Utes.
The Huskies go to Colorado (1-9, 1-6) next Saturday. Kickoff in Boulder, Colo., is at 10:30 a.m. Pacific time.
