SEATTLE -- FSN Northwest has rescheduled the telecast of Washington's Oct. 15 game at Oregon to a same-day delay on Saturday at 7 p.m. The game is scheduled to kickoff at 12:30 p.m. at Autzen Stadium in Eugene. The Huskies' road contest with the Ducks will follow FSN's broadcast of the Washington State-UCLA game.
The delayed broadcast of the game was able to be moved up because no Pac-10 game was scheduled for the Saturday evening telecast window. Time periods for Pac-10 games featuring the conference's network broadcast partners are protected and league schools may not televise a game in those time slots without an exemption.
Last week Oregon and Washington attempted to move the game to an evening kickoff to allow for a live telecast, but the logistics could not be worked out.
The second-ranked Husky volleyball team's match with UCLA, which was scheduled for a delayed telecast Saturday at 7 p.m., will now be shown Sunday at 3 p.m. during the time UW's football replay was originally set to air.
