950 KJR Players Of The Game For UW-Notre Dame

SEATTLE - After each game, Coach Tyrone Willingham and the Husky football coaching staff will name the Huskies' 950 KJR Players of the Game for that week's performance. The winners following the UW's game last Saturday vs. Notre Dame were linebacker Mason Foster, fullback Austin Sylvester, defensive tackle Jovon O'Connor and safety Greg Walker.

Foster, a sophomore from Seaside, Calif., was honored for his play on the Husky defense. Foster, the Huskies' top tackler this season, led both teams with 10 total tackles, including seven solo stops.

No honors were awarded for the Husky offense or special teams.

Sylvester, a sophomore from Reno, Nev., O'Connor, a senior from Los Angeles, and Walker, a freshman from Bellflower, Calif., were honored for their play on the Huskies' service teams in practice during the week.
