WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- Kristi Kingma was named to the Pac-12 All-Academic First Team according to the announcement by Commissioner Larry Scott. In addition, Aminah Williams were named honorable mention All-Academic.

Kingma graduated last spring with a degree in communications and is carrying a 3.94 grade-point average this year while pursuing a master's degree. She led the conference in minutes and 3-pointers, while helping the Dawgs to the second round of the WNIT.

Kingma was a second team Pac-10 All-Academic performer in 2010-11, the year before her knee injury. She was also honorable mention in 2009-10.

Wetmore and Williams were also honored for their success in the classroom as honorable mention selections. Wetmore led the conference in assist/turnover ratio, while Williams was fourth in the league in rebounding. Both will be key returners for next years' team.
